For founder Greer Bernstein, accounting was practically a birthright — the daughter of a CPA with a 50-year practice, put to work during tax season before she fully learned algebra. She carried that lesson into 20+ years of hospitality, running fine dining rooms, a celebrated boutique inn, and an award-winning wine program.
Nothing in a P&L surprises her. Very little escapes her.

We have been in the restaurant industry for over 30 years, and when we opened our restaurant in Richmond, VA, we thought we had the right bookkeeping support in place. Unfortunately, after several months of operating, we still did not have an accurate P&L or properly set-up books.
