These terms govern your use of reqmllc.com. They are short, readable, and free of gotchas — because a firm built on clarity in numbers should probably manage clarity in sentences, too.
By accessing or using reqmllc.com (the “Site”), operated by R.E.Q.M. LLC (“R.E.Q.M.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site — though we would be sorry to see you go.
Everything on this Site — pages, guides, articles, and the occasional pun — is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not accounting, tax, legal, investment, or financial advice, and it is not tailored to your specific situation. Tax laws change, businesses differ, and generic guidance is exactly the thing we counsel clients against relying on. Before acting on anything you read here, consult a qualified professional who actually knows your numbers.
Reading this Site, downloading a guide, or submitting the contact form does not create an accountant-client or advisory relationship with R.E.Q.M. That relationship begins only when both parties sign a written engagement letter describing the scope of services, fees, and mutual responsibilities. Until then, please do not send confidential financial documents through the Site — the contact form is for introductions, not tax returns.
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to: attempt to breach its security, scrape or harvest data from it, misrepresent your identity in communications with us, upload malicious code, or otherwise interfere with the Site’s operation. In short: behave the way you would want your bookkeeper to behave with your ledger.
The content on this Site — text, graphics, logos, the R.E.Q.M. name, and our four-legged staff’s likenesses — belongs to R.E.Q.M. LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, R.E.Q.M. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Engaged client services are governed separately by the applicable engagement letter.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless R.E.Q.M. LLC from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pima County, Arizona — which, conveniently, is also where the good tacos are.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, will always live at this page. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
